Kitan Fashion provides custom tailoring and fashion design services for African & Continental
menswear. We offer made-to-order and ready-to-wear clothing
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Order Placement
- All orders must be confirmed through direct communication with our team via WhatsApp,
phone, or in-person consultation. - Orders are only considered confirmed once payment terms have been agreed upon and
initial deposit (if applicable) has been received.
2.2 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in the local market currency, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders
already confirmed.
2.3 Deposits and Cancellations
- Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable as work begins immediately upon
confirmation. - Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of order placement.
3. Measurements and Fittings
- Accurate measurements are essential for proper fit. Customers are responsible for
providing correct measurements or attending scheduled fittings. - We will guide you through our measurement process, but cannot be held responsible for
fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. - Fitting adjustments may be available and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Materials
4.1 Our Materials
- We source quality fabrics and materials for our designs.
- Material availability may vary, and suitable alternatives will be suggested if your chosen
material becomes unavailable.
4.2 Customer-Provided Materials
- If you provide your own fabric, you assume responsibility for its quality and suitability for
the intended design. - We reserve the right to decline working with materials we deem unsuitable for the
requested design
5. Production and Delivery
5.1 Timeline
- Production timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
- While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond
our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5.2 Delivery
- Delivery options and costs will be discussed during order placement.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
6. Quality and Alterations
- We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality. If there are issues with your order,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt. - Minor alterations may be available. Terms will be discussed based on the specific
situation. - We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items except in cases of
manufacturing defects
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, patterns, and creative works produced by Kitan Fashion remain our
intellectual property. - Website content, including images, text, and logos, may not be reproduced without
written permission.
8. Privacy
- We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide our services.
- Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except
as required to fulfill orders (e.g., delivery services). - We do not sell or rent customer information.
9. Photography and Marketing
- We may photograph completed garments for marketing purposes.
- If you prefer your order not be photographed or used in marketing materials, please
inform us at the time of order placement.
10. Liability
- Kitan Fashion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our services. - Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
